Hitag3:
Covered transponder family: PCF7938X and it’s MCU based derivatives.
Security is based on 96-bit secret key, principles are very similar to basic Hitag2 (PCF7936) transponder operation except cryptography. EEPROM size: 512 bytes.
XMA (extended memory access) is based on possibility to split entire memory in 8 pages with different access rights.
It is possible to access Hitag block only in cipher mode. Or via XMA.
Blank chip must be configured first to grant XMA access.
