MB S320 W220 ECU cloning, help needed

Help needed in Riga to clone MB ECU A0245453332/Bosch 0281010067. Available "donors" 1) A6131530369/0281010828, 2) A6131530279/0281010544. Is it possible at all to copy original one to one of those? MB is not my specific, I repair VAG's everyday. And I'm just beginner of doing ECU programming things.
