Volvo V70(II) CEM etc?

Are there someone from Riga specializing in Volvo electrics/electronics repairs? My colleague has got problems with external lighting etc. Probably CEM, or wiring. My specialization is VAG, have no reason search for all needed information and study it just for that one car. Car is Volvo V70 (II), 2,5TDI, 2001.g.
