Hi all tried reading 05 e500 eis with x-prog it read the first few lines and stopped.. after a few more tries it now reads it no problem but the car does not start. Can anyone tell me where the dump went bad? PLEASE HELP! ((eis part number 211 545 10 08) Engine ECU A 112 153 31 79)

Now I have a 03 e320 with the same part # eis can I use that? but how can I make the engine computer work? e320 are 6 cyl and e500 are 8cyl will the 29f400bb flash eeprom still work if I dump it from the e320 to the e500? Thanks in advance!

At first - make computer diagnostics.
Is the EIS readable via diagnosis ? If YES - MCU flash memory ok, need to repair eeprom..

Xprog chinese right????? Most likely you have problem in flash not eprom. I dont see your flah here.. eprom only.

Sorry its a 2003 not 2005. No the xprog is from girts (I just don't know how to use it ) here is the flash

I checked the eis in car and no I can not access it.

your flash is bad....
Here..... there is everything you need. EIS number is different but it fits your eis. renew engine, esl , make keys for eis (key dumps included) and go on!!!! Or just write my flash into your lock ans try with your keys.

It is the easiest solution, begin with it..

But, to write a flash on this EIS, it MAY BE necessary to disconnect some MCU pins from plate, or remove MCU from plate at all

This "easiest solution" work in 99 % Usually is damaged flash part. No need to disconnect any pins - perfestly working onboard.

Прочитал же... значит, впринципе хоть подключился правильно.
Беда наверное в том, что слишком долго "бомбил" и дожидался коннекта.
За 5 секунд незаконнектился, жмём СТОП и пытаемся ещё раз...

Ну да, придерживаться рекомендаций автора прогера желательно

In all cases, we recommend lift MCU OSC pin from PCB.
Use oscillator wire similar to shown in the picture.
Security must bypassed up to 10..15 seconds. if not, cancel bypass security, check wires connection and device type. Otherwise MCU can be damaged.
Never try to bypass security more than 10..15 seconds

насколько я понял, он по-разному подключался; поэтому, не факт, что в следующий раз не будет подобного; дайте человеку проверенную картинку на такой тип замка )))

Тут не в картинке дело, эти замки очень хреново читаются и при правильном подключении.

какие есть варианты? выпаять механику и поднимать ногу?

еще один вопрос поступил из зала (извините, что я за него, но иначе это будет шурик 2): если выпаять проц на колодку в омегу, будет лучше?

Что значит "дайте"? Там разные платы (ST12, HC12), разное и подключение. По номерaм замка базу ещё на написал. Есть дока от R260, пусть ней ползуется. Тут на форуме всё есть, надо только по темам пробежать. Ну понятно, с русским недружыт... Американец, лисин, Type in google "R260S_Manual_v1.5 pdf", download and enjoy, don't forget to compare the boards, make a right connection and don't use function "security bypass" more than 5 sec. Here's some explanation about the wire colors in the manual of rosfar that would be more clear "who is who"
Purple BKGD
Yellow Reset
Red +5
Black GND
Green XCLS
Coaxial Wh XCL
Coaxial Bl GND

w211_HC12, 287 714, 12/s Rosfar can not read that's why I used xprog, xprog would not read also, after jerking the eis for an hour or so extal broke off and the eis became readable??? with extal disconnected (I guess it use the other ground as a jumper but now when I try to program I get a verify error... outcome gimaroy... And yes I have been running security bypass for like 45 sec at a time
