Range Rover ELV Emulator Problem

Hello to all,
i have Range Rover Evogue 2007 year with 7936 transponder, after 1 mounth stay without battery now have ELV problem its stay unlocked, i put from Cartools emolator and the key is turned on and start the car, but when i get out key from ignition, on the instrument write key in the ignition and the car cant lock from the remote
, after 3 or 5 minute can lock i get another emulator , but wor the same way, is it someone who have this problem and solved them
