SAAB SCL emulator problem

My scl was open and it had a fault b1440.
When I program and connect emu I have B1445 01 Trigger Circuit CIM-SCL
I try erase fault, open battery - Nothing helps. What I need to do?
Green LED is on

Possibly faulty CIM.
Another thing to know - SCL tries to lock again only if 20 km/h reached. Drive car, stop it, remove key, observe what happens.
Another common problem - missing signals from ISM (key switch), usually cleaning is enough.
