Hi, I recently order 2-byte immo systems emulator (Girts help me on this). I'm trying to use it on the:
Toyota RAV4
Engine: 2000CCM 3S-FE
Year 2000
ECU is one wthout eeprom and only thing that I have in my hands are the ECU itself.
I did this things till now:
Program the emulator with code 3000 for RAV4. LED lit x4(Girts help me on this also)
I solder the jumper on the emulator board:
I make connection for the emulator:
I make this connection for the ECU:
ECU have constantly +12V on the pin batt.
When I power up ECU on the +12V from the main relay pin, LED lit x1(short) and then lit x1 (cca 5 times longer). When I remove supply (not from batt pin) and put it again LED only lit x1(short), but if I did this x4 in a row 4th time I have again LED lit x1(cca 5 times longer).
If I remove power supply from batt pin and from main relay pin, then LED every time I put supply back lit x1(short) and then lit x1 (cca 5 times longer).
My question is this normal behavior of the LED\emulator? (I do not have car to test it if car starts)
Thanks.
