Mister i hate to be rude but..... unfortunately this job is not for you. Just leave it for someone who knows what te is doing because it is realy sensitive job and we cant stand behind your back and tell you what you are doing wrong. First when ytou read eprom and the size of eprom is 2 times smaller then it has to be and then you overrite it whith another one that is wrong you get deal CAS. From this point your choices are not so good. Just get another cas or something because if you cannot use progger properly nobody can help you. I hope you will not get mad at me for that but realy we dont know how to help you.

the cas is fine just has the wrong file encoding is only set or because it has no communication with ews everything else goes well
