I plugged in a diesel pair cluster and key, millage is good but coding is messed up fuel, dpf, etc. anyway does anyone have a flash for a ezs and eprom for a cluster? part number 906 545 39 08 Thanks!!!

Somehow i think someone was rolling miles bask and did not what he was doing.
Just marry cluster to the car and do SCN at the dealer. You can code through developer yourself but knowing your competence by previous posts my offer would be the only good for You. Marrying means rolling mileage to zero and then coding cluster to the car by STAR

What good it will do for you?
Daniulis part number is nothing. cluster eu-gb differs only by labels not by inside. Its all in coding. Done plenty of these vehicles

906... its not w203 or w211.... there is no different dump..... EU- GB is a matter of coding....... simply Chrono did not tell the complete story.... as usual.

Ok
1. If someone was messing with the miles it was not ME! regardless of previous posts!
2. Opened the ezs no solder points or anything clean as a whistle
3. Customer brought a new cluster in (from dealer). Coded to vehicle still just dashes. But shows mi now
4. Still think the ezs is somehow corrupt
cluster part number is A906 446 6121

Ok...... Where are your dumps then?. EZS, (eprom, flash) , cluster (old, new coded?). No more talks till we see that. Or you expect us to guess?

Ok customer finally came back so got the dumps. Cluster is virgin not coded (was not sure if customer was coming back or going to dealer so I switched it back before he left)

I dont think the problem is with the cluster but with the ezs. But I suppose you are right as always if the problem is the cluster I will send the customer to the dealer. (I assume thats how you know so much, by sending all your customers to the dealer? and never asking for any help/advice?) cheers!

and thanks for the help.
Ill post the results when the customer returns from the dealer!

1. Assumption is the mother of all fuckups.
2. The car starts, runs and drives.
3. EZS in sprinter is gateway. Star Diag communicates with IC. This means there is data transmission between EZS and IC.
4. All new clusters need to be married to the car ( not to show-------) and SCN coded before they trart function.
5 If you have new cluster just get it coded so you will know for sure cluster is ok , allthough i still think you have cluster problem not ezs

Alright customer came back from the dealer ------ is gone everything works now.

coding for the cluster was all that needed to be done.
(greed comes in to play customer spent 600 for cluster and 140 for coding was hoping to put that money in to my pocket

) but thanks anyhow!
