Если верить вот этому мануалу, там идут прямоугольные импульсы, амплитуда зависит от пристегнут/непристегнут. Строй генератор на 555 и будет тебе счастье..
http://sweet-sauer.com/2013/11/01/testi ... lt-sensor/Blue wire on the harness side is the signal from the sensor. With the belt tension sensor unplugged and key on, a scope check of the Blue wire shows a zero to 5-volt square wave. The voltage cycles between 5 volts and zero volts, maintaining the voltage for approximately 6 seconds at each voltage level (Figure 3). With the belt tension sensor plugged in and back-probing, the Blue wire should read approximately 1.0 volt when the seat belt is fully retracted (at rest). When pulling up on the seat belt the voltage on the Blue wire should increase, and will go up to about 3.8 to 4.0 volts while pulling up on it hard. Click Figure 3 below to enlarge.
