CCC recovery cd!

Hi guys,
This is my first post on that forum,unfortunately begins with an request
I have a CCC modul which died on software update process and now not booup i see on the display just a BMW logo an thats it.I heard about CCC recovery cd, somebody can give me a tips how i can recover my CCC-A module?
I also try to update the module after with winkfp but unsuccessful ( ecu not responding).
I will realy appreciate if somebody can give me any tip how to solve this problem.
