EWS3 and EDC16 does not align

Hi,
I have an EDC16C35 Ecu (M57tu2TOP) 286hp Engine with an EWS3 emulator. ISN Key is correct, since I made it work once. I had to rewire the car and since then it does refuse to start. EWS Manipulation in the errorlist.
I checked with an oszilloscope, the EWS pin on EDC does get data from Emulator.

My steps are exactly as described, but not possible with inpa or Tool32. I must say without a CAS present in the K-CAN, INPA does not want to load the align process. It is a engine swap, so no CAS needed for me, I have my own CAS emulator. But this is disconnected for now.
CAS and Key I have at hand, but from different car, so wrong ISN.

With CAS in the CAN Network, I can load Inpa, and hit F2 for reset. It shows, "Running" but nothng happens afterwards ...When I hit F1 it says not empty strage space. Or sometimes it says, "received data is not an exchange key" (translated into english)
Is it possible to change ISN in Cas? (i have xprog). TO make it at least start?

CAS not necessary, ignore first two responses pressing continue, observe result.
One ignition cycle - one try.
If something went wrong - switch off, wait until main relay releases, then try again.

If i posted here I think it is obvious that i did a lot of trials before. Without CAS not possible to triger alignment, I am not asking to tell me what i already know. It is just not working.

If it doesn't work for you, but works well for some thousands of people all around the world starting from 2012...
What to say... may be you are doing something wrong or have an incomplete toolset?
Another roadmap - do steps 1 and 2 using configurator software, step 3 - using Tool32, alignment job with argument "1"...
Separate K-line from ECU and emulator if your ECU is from E6x (due to different baud rates and possible collisions).

Now we have a new route. That was a very smart hint.
I have used previously (first sync) an e90 flash on that DDE. Now I have a e60 flash on it. I still only communicate via the D-CAN not K-Line, through the JBX. (PT_CAN is connected to JBX and OBD via D_CAN to JBX)
So you are saying, that the e60 needs also K-Line connected to the OBD port? I only have the emulator on K-Line connected.

And what you wish to see?
Process launched, you can check results using another job.
Or simply wait 10...20 seconds, switch off ignition, wait until main relay releases, then simply start a car.

Note that before performing this procedure on ECU you must set emulator for alignment first (in same IGN cycle!!!).

PS: actually INPA ECU script does 2 jobs at one pass - it tries to set CAS or EWS (depends on ECU script!) and then ECU itself.

I am expecting someting, that tells me all went ok. As it is written down in the manual: "Wait until procedure is finished, observe feedback"
There is no feedback, that procedure is finished....

First EWS_Startwert Argument "1"
then EWS_Empfang.
