906 Sprinter ezs/esl

Hi I got a 2007 sprinter 3.0 Diesel at the shop. It had a bad engine I replaced it. Now the van has 3 keys none of them unlock the esl or turn the ignition but the remote control for the door locks works on all 3? I also have a spare set of ecu,esl,ezs if I plug those in the car starts, so that rules out bad wiring/fuses. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!

Connect a proper diagnostic equipment, and look at the actual values of EIS.
