B5+ USA 2004 2.0TDI BHW

За 8 лет работы с вагами впервые увидел такое чудо. АКПП на нем умерла, вставили МКПП. Соответственно на щитке горит все что можно. С АБС и прочей мелочью разобрался, ЭБУ АКПП удален физически. Ступор с эбу двигателя, EDC16 родной 038 906 016 R - на нем исключительно АКПП по всем каталогам, да и вообще на BHW МКПП не устанавливалась. Самое близкое что есть - от мотора BGW - На этом моторе ставились исключительно МКПП но мотор шел с DPF
и прочей гадостью. Залил, завел, ошибки по тому чего нет(диф давление, присадка, PTC...) + ошибка по несоответствию ПО на моторной шине. С DPF и прочим разобраться несложно, непонятно с чем сравнивается версия по в моторнике, на шине то есть только EDC ABS SRS DASH. Вообщем требуется помощь зала как правильнее привести авто в чувство. Может кто уже делал подобные извращения.

стесняюсь спросить - комп от аккп физически отключили? Доску адаптацию по канам провели?

ЭБУ АКПП в багажнике валяется, в доске на B5 нет 60 и далее каналов, ибо все в гейте, там перекодировано все ок. Засада с моторником. На американских форумах проскакивает инфа что все делается, прошивают и работает, но никакой конкретики. Вагов этих годов переделано на мкпп не меньше сотни, первый раз такая засада.

Check Gateway installation list, try to remove AT from it.
List of fault codes from all devices on powertrain CAN will be helpful to find exactly what device still have old configuration with AT.

To MartinsX: GW NOT have installation list, only short coding, ABS recode to manual trans.

Old type gateways (Golf 4, Passat B5.5 etc.) have internal installation list, not accessible via diagnostics like newer, normal ones. Try to recode with the same short coding. Recoding will update internal installation list with the actual devices connected to CAN.

Ok, that's clear. What exactly fault code You have now and in what module is that code stored? In ECU itself?

In engine ecu. I need understand what software I need to program in ecu for correct work with manual transmission - mod original or from engine BGW

That's all clear.
So far everything is right, there are only two very similar engines - BHW, Mexico region, AT only and BGW, Europe region, MT only. No other engines with the same mechanical parameters, sensors, etc. So You have to work around the same BGW. What exactly is the fault code number that engine ECU shows to You? I mean like "01043 - Control Module; Incorrect Software Version" or some other code?
I'm not sure, but engine BSS from Skoda Octavia probably is very similar to BHW/BGW.

P.S. You don't have to write in English or use some translation program especially for me, I know Russian as well as English, but I haven't any computer with Cyrillic keyboard... Sorry...

Да код ошибки примерно такой. Точнее завтра скажу. Видимо придётся лить от BGW и рубить всё что можно в прошивке. Или комбинировать из двух прошивок. Вообщем по штатному не сделаешь. Придётся изобретать

BTW some versions of dashboards also are for Mexico region only. Check part number of dashboard You have. Try to test with another dash from "normal" European Passat B5.5. It's just quick idea while listing ETKA for components/modules of car You have. Maybe helpful, maybe not at all...

Theoretically it could be just "gljuk" of software. Sometimes it happens with VAG cars without any modifications after battery goes low or after jump-starting of another car. If everything works ok and all other modules on powertrain CAN have no errors stored, probably You can ignore this fault code.
Do You use VCDS/VAG-COM for testing this car? Complete VCDS "autoscan" log posted here in forum could be helpful. Then all information (software versions, coding and fault codes are shown in one *.txt file and then it is easy to see all information together instead of asking 100 questions to You.

Так а может эту Р1855 прибить в прошиве? Не думаю, что она прям жОстко обрабатывается блоком.

А чё двухлитровый BKD не использовал, там без сажевого. и блоке 19-диагностический интерфейс шины данных, смени кодировку убери птичку в списке оборудования. Вот здесь можно глянуть прошивки под BKD http://vw-soft.narod.ru/dump-vag.html

Один косяк BKD от Б6 или гольфа. А у меня пассат Б5

Какая разница, BKD идёт на 140 коней и смотри, чтобы обвес по датчикам был одинаков, да и BKD это фольксовская линейка, он не только на VW, но на сеатах и шкодах ставился. У BKD нет сажевика у знакомого на seat Altea 2005 г.в. стоит такой двигун.
