Bmw dde4 ews emulator

Hello! I try to put emulator on bmw dde4, ecu nr: 0281010144. Car is bmw e39 530d 135kw.
When emulator is connected, 1. i read isn from ecu-ok, 2. set emulator for aligment-ok, 3. set ecu for new start value- NOT OK, it say NO RESPONSE.
I try to sync wit INPA, and this also not ok, it say: dde-ews is not match together.
I read dde eeprom with programmer and use bmw isn tool and it takes me same ISN as emulator.
I add eeprom file in attachment.
Please help! Thanks advance!

Solved. I use wrong isn first time.
